Zumba

Zumba is a dance party! This is a form of aerobic fitness that enables you to let loose, have fun, and dance to the rhythm of Latin music!

Mommy and Baby

The Mommy and Baby class offers parents (moms, and dads) an activity to do with their little ones outside of the house. During the workout your baby can nap, play, or participate as part of the workout. These workouts are very light and adaptable to all levels. So break out of that daily routine and come meet other parents who are doing the same! 

Tabata

Tabata is focused mostly on cardio and bodyweight strength. These timed exercises are suitable for all levels and allow you to go at your own pace without counting reps. The use of light weights, and bands are also sometimes incorporated into the workout. 

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a full body functional training class with the use of various sorts of equipment. Be prepared to push sleds, row, lift weights, and face off with battling ropes with this high intensity workout.

Spinning

Coach Anna brings intensity to everything she does and that’s no exception to the classes that she gives. Her motto “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you” really manifests in her routines, and will get you further, stronger, faster, and working hard from beginning to end. These rides are performance-based, and challenges the members on distance goals, with many of them reaching their Personal Best! Backed up by upbeat music, and a playlist of an afterhour party, Anna brings her background as a nightclub DJ right to the Spin Studio, or at home with no dancing skills or coordination required!
